Introduction

Duplo provides a seamless solution for businesses to simplify the payment process and easily receive funds from their customers. By creating a Customer profile on Duplo's platform, you have access to a digital wallet accompanied by a unique account number.

Steps To Create Customers Profiles

1. log in to your dashboard and click on Customers on the menu bar
2. Click on add new customer
3. Fill in the required information as shown below;
   
   
   
   Note: Tick the box that says “add digital wallet” to assign an account number to the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

• What if I don’t tick the “Add Digital Wallet” box?
  • You can always edit the customer profile later and add a wallet.
    
    
• What if I want to create multiple customer accounts?
  • Click on bulk upload beside the customer information box and follow the instructions.
    
    
• Can I edit a customer profile?
  • Yes. Click on the particular customer profile you want to edit, then click on edit next to their name to update their information
