One of the main features of Duplo is the ability to easily fund your account and make payments to your vendors, suppliers, and partners. In this guide, we will walk you through the simple steps to fund your Duplo account.

Steps To Fund Your Account

There are two major ways you can fund your account; On either the Overview or Business Page.

1. On the Overview page:
   1. Click on the fund account button displayed on your dashboard.
   2. A virtual account will be generated, you can use this for a one-time payment as shown below;
      
      
      
      
   3. Send money to the account number. Once the transfer is successful, that amount will automatically reflect in your available balance on your Duplo dashboard.

2. On the Business page:
   1. Click on Fund Account
   2. A virtual account will be generated, you can use this for a one-time payment as shown below;
      
      
      
      
   3. Send money to the account number. Once the transfer is successful, that amount will automatically reflect in your available balance on your Duplo dashboard.
      
      

Frequently Asked Questions

• Can you send money to the virtual account more than once?
  • No. Once you send money to the one-time account number, it becomes unusable.
    
    
• Does the virtual account expire?
  • A Virtual Account for funding your business expires or is made inactive once payment is made into it.
    
    
• Does this process work when I click on ‘Send Money’?
