What happens when I deactivate a policy and then reactivate it again?
- Deactivating a policy suspends the workflow for all amounts attached to that policy. However, upon reactivation, the workflow will be re-instated for all future amounts associated with the policy.

You’ll get a success page like the one below;

- You can check the status of a transaction by clicking on it and then selecting "Approvers". If the transaction has been partially approved, you will see it. If it has been fully approved, payment is automatically processed.

Can I add my existing team members to the Workflow?
Yes, you can.
However, you will need to ensure they have the expected roles for the workflow i.e. Initiator, approver, payer, etc. If you will like to change your team member roles, please send us a mail at support@tryduplo.com.
