Introduction 

Repaying an active loan on the Connect platform has been made much simpler and more convenient. By following the outlined steps below, you can clear your debts without any hassle. 

• On your Connect dashboard,  click on Repay now to initiate your loan repayment process as shown below: 
  
  
  
  
  
• Once you click on Repay now to make the payment for your outstanding loan the account details needed to repay your loan will pop up, as shown below:

N.B You can make your repayment via any bank account. 
                                

• Once you have made your payment and you click on I have made the payment, a screen will pop up like the one below.  

After we confirm your successful repayment, your credit limit will be updated. You can then proceed to take another loan from our lending partner or make purchases using the 'Buy Now, Pay Later' option at checkout.
